1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms govern your use of worshipscreen.live, app.worshipscreen.live, and related WorshipScreen features.
By creating an account or using WorshipScreen, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Do not use the Service if you do not agree to them.
2. The Service
WorshipScreen is a browser-based service for creating and displaying church presentations, including:
- worship lyrics;
- Bible passages;
- images;
- videos;
- slides;
- backgrounds;
- playlists;
- timers.
Presentations may be controlled from a computer or phone and displayed through a projector, TV, LED screen, or other compatible device.
A stable Internet connection is required for most features.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use the main features of WorshipScreen.
You agree to:
- provide current information;
- keep your password secure;
- avoid sharing access with unauthorized people;
- avoid publicly sharing access tokens, broadcast links, or other access information;
- notify us of suspected or unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where it results from a breach caused by WorshipScreen.
When using WorshipScreen on behalf of a church or another organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account independently.
4. Permitted Use
You may use WorshipScreen for church services, prayer meetings, conferences, rehearsals, camps, and similar activities.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
This right does not transfer ownership of WorshipScreen’s source code, design, logo, interface, documentation, or other materials.
5. User Content
You retain your rights in the content you add to WorshipScreen.
To provide the Service, you allow us to:
- store your content;
- create backups;
- change its technical format;
- transmit it between connected devices;
- display it at your direction;
- process it for support and security purposes.
This permission applies only as needed to operate WorshipScreen and ends after your content is deleted and the technical backup deletion cycle is completed.
6. Copyright and Permissions
You are responsible for having all rights and permissions needed for content you add or display through WorshipScreen, including:
- worship lyrics and translations;
- Bible text you add yourself;
- photographs;
- videos;
- music;
- logos;
- fonts;
- images;
- names and photographs of individuals;
- content from YouTube and other platforms.
WorshipScreen does not automatically grant you a license to use third-party works.
Some built-in Bible translations, backgrounds, or other materials may have separate usage rules and required copyright notices. You must preserve those notices and follow the applicable restrictions.
7. Prohibited Use
- violate the law or the rights of others;
- upload illegal or harmful content;
- distribute malware, viruses, phishing messages, or spam;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access;
- bypass security measures;
- create excessive automated traffic;
- copy, resell, or offer WorshipScreen as your own service;
- reverse engineer the Service, except where expressly permitted by law;
- use the Service for harassment, fraud, or deception;
- violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
We may remove content or restrict access when these rules are violated, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the Service.
8. Third-Party Services
WorshipScreen may use or link to Google, Facebook, YouTube, Patreon, and other external services.
Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, advertising, rules, regional restrictions, or removal of third-party content.
9. Free Access and Financial Support
WorshipScreen’s main features are currently available free of charge.
In the future, we may:
- introduce paid features;
- establish technical limits;
- change the availability of certain features;
- offer additional subscription plans.
The terms of any paid feature will be shown before payment.
Voluntary support through Patreon or another platform is also governed by that platform’s terms. Unless clearly stated otherwise, a voluntary contribution does not purchase a specific feature or guarantee a development deadline.
10. Service Availability
We aim to keep WorshipScreen reliable, but we do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted availability;
- error-free operation;
- compatibility with every device;
- permanent availability of third-party content;
- that every feature will remain unchanged;
- any specific uptime level.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, attacks, Internet failures, or third-party providers.
You should keep independent copies of important lyrics, playlists, photographs, and videos and maintain a backup presentation plan.
11. Suspension and Account Deletion
You may stop using WorshipScreen and request account deletion by contacting:

- you violate these Terms;
- your use threatens the Service or other users;
- fraud or unauthorized access is detected;
- required by law;
- we receive a substantiated complaint concerning a rights violation.
Where reasonably possible, we will provide information about the reason for the restriction.
12. Disclaimer
WorshipScreen is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Service will always operate without errors, delays, or data loss.
WorshipScreen is not responsible for problems caused by:
- your device or Internet connection;
- third-party platforms;
- User Content;
- missing copyright permissions;
- sharing passwords or access links with other people;
- failure to keep backups of important materials.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorshipScreen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost content, an interrupted service, lost profits, or failures of third-party services.
These limitations do not apply to liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service, technology, or legal requirements change.
The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page. We may notify users of material changes through the website, application, or email.
Continuing to use WorshipScreen after updated Terms take effect means that you accept them to the extent permitted by law.
15. Resolving Issues
If a concern or dispute arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve it through direct communication.
Any mandatory rights available to users or consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.
